Riding the wave of success with a string of highly successful singles in 2018, the monumental ride continues for Golden Guitar Finalist Casey Barnes with the release of a brand new single ‘Better Days’ and the announcement that he will be touring the US in the first quarter of 2019.
‘Better Days’ taken from Casey’s career defining #1 album ‘The Good Life’ (which has to date been streamed over 2 million times on Spotify) is due for release on Friday 15th February. A positive song, showcasing Barnes’ now familiar catchy hooks and anthemic melodies tells the tale about living in the moment and appreciating the life we have in the present and not reflecting on the past.
‘I absolutely love the positive message behind this single! In life it seems we're always looking back and reflecting on past memories as the 'good old days' as opposed to living in the now, looking to the future, creating new memories and making these our Better Days. I felt like this was the perfect single to kick off 2019 with a new album in the works, US tour just announced and lots more exciting things just around the corner. The best is yet to come....'

‘Set Sail is the one song on the album that basically wrote itself. It was like my father-in law was in the room trying to get a message through. It touches on a topic that most people can relate to... that of losing a loved one and the emotional roller coaster that comes with it for those left behind. Having faith that they’ll always be there looking out for us to calm the storm and make sure we’re ok’
